Abstract Submission

Abstract submission deadline: 15 November 2026

Abstract must be based on the original research work and should not be published or presented elsewhere.

Abstract should not exceed 300 words.

Abstract should be submitted through this website only

Following submission of the abstract, selection of the abstract will be done and guidelines for presentation will be communicated over email within three working days post the abstract submission deadline.

Registration of all the authors for the conference is mandatory for the offline presentation

Certificate will be given only to the registered participants.

The presentation with participant’s photo will be featured in the THE NEXUS CME e-souvenir.

ORAL PRESENTATION

Paper presentation.

Total duration of Oral Presentation: 15 minutes
Presentation - 10 minutes
Discussion - 5 minutes
Preparation of Presentation
All presentations should be made using Microsoft Office PowerPoint
Follow the basic rules for sliding making.
Font type and size: Times new roman, Size 38 in headings and 24 in body.
All the texts in black colour and in white background only
Line spacing - 1.5, Alignment - Justified
Do not use animations/transitions
The flow of slides should be as follows-
1) Title slide (1 slide)
2) Introduction (1-2 slides)
3) Objectives (1 slide)
4) Materials and Methods (2-3 slides)
5) Results (3-4 slides)
6) Conclusion (1 slide)
7) References in Vancouver format (1 slide)
Ensure that the soft copy of the Oral Presentation is uploaded through the website on or before 15 November 2026 10:00pm

Poster presentation

1. The Offline Poster presentation have to be done with printed posters- Only with the below given template in .docx format

2. Cannot contain more than 3-5 high-resolution figures and/or tables that describe the research in detail.

3. Poster size: 4 feet length and 3 feet width

Orientation: Vertical/ Portrait Only

5. Poster material: Vinyl material (High Resolution)

Font style and size: Times New Roman, 14 for Headings and 12 for the body

7. Line Space 1 to 1.5, Alignment - Justified

Adequate space and displaying aids will be provided at the venue.

9. The participants must be present nearby their poster 15 minutes before the start of the poster presentation event.

10. Ensure that the soft copy of the Poster Presentation is uploaded through the website on or before 15 November 2026 10:00 PM
